What we do with your data.

Our Privacy Policy, laid out question by question — including the questions it does not yet answer.

Every answer on this page is taken from our Privacy Policy. Nothing here is new. Where the policy does not answer a question, this page says so rather than filling the gap.

What we collect

  • What you tell us — your business info, what you connect (like a POS or MLS account), and what you ask SIGNL to do.
  • How you use SIGNL — the requests you make, so your assistant can actually learn how you work and get better for you.
  • Nothing more than that. We don't buy data about you from anyone else.

02 In the policy

Why we collect it

To run your assistant, answer your questions, and build the daily brief and other tools around your business. That's it — your data exists to make SIGNL useful to you, not to sell to anyone else.

03 Partly stated

Where it goes

The policy states where your data does not go:

  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't share it with advertisers.
  • We don't use it to train anything outside serving your own account.

Third-party connectors. When you connect a tool like a POS system or an MLS account, SIGNL reads only what it needs to do the job you asked for — never more, and never on your behalf without you connecting it first.

The policy does not name the outside services that store, host, or process data on SIGNL's behalf, or where that processing happens.

04 Not yet stated

Who can see it

Our Privacy Policy does not currently answer this. It does not say who inside SIGNL can access your data, under what circumstances, or which outside services handle it. The one access statement it does make is the connector line above.

05 Not yet stated

How long it is kept

Our Privacy Policy does not currently answer this. It states no retention period — not for active accounts, not after an account closes, and not for backups or logs. The nearest statement it makes is the deletion-on-request line below.

What you can ask for

  • Free export, always. Your data is exportable at no cost, on every plan, forever — this isn't a premium feature.
  • Delete what you want. Ask, and we remove it.
  • Opt out per source. Disconnect any tool (POS, MLS, etc.) any time — nothing forces you to stay connected.
